Excite Realty.com was founded by Judy Pierce in March 2001. Judy Pierce started a career in real estate in 1983 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex as a Commercial Real Estate appraiser. Judy has been a real estate broker since 1986, and a full time resident of Cedar Creek Lake since 1991.  Judy has devoted her full time career to lake area real estate at Cedar Creek Lake since 1992, and remains with Excite Realty as a successful top producing agent!

Jim Sutton now serves as Broker and owner of Excite Realty with nearly a decade of real estate experience at Cedar Creek Lake after a successful career in technology sales and marketing. Jim brings experience with Brokerage Management, Multi-Million Dollar Sales, and and extensive business background to Excite Realty.  As a real estate broker, Jim has earned designations ABR, ABRM, and CRB designations to further promote the business of real estate.

Excite Realty is an established name at Cedar Creek Lake, Lake Athens, and Richland Chambers Lake areas.
